NPDES Wastewater Permits by Category and Regional Office

The waste discharge requirements (“NPDES permits” or “permits”) are issued as individual permits or as general permits. Dischargers eligible for coverage under a general permit must enroll and agree to comply with the conditions of the general permit. A summary of active NPDES facilities by category and Regional Water Board is shown in Table 1 below:
