STATE WATER RESOURCES CONTROL BOARD

RESOLUTION NO. 97-043

AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OR HIS DESIGNEE TO NEGOTIATE, EXECUTE, AND AMEND, AS NECESSARY, THE CALIFORNIA COMMUNITY COLLEGE FOUNDATION STUDENT ASSISTANT CONTRACT

WHEREAS:

1. The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) has contracted with California Community College Foundation (C.C.C.F.) for the past five years to provide student assistant services to the State Water Board and the Regional Water Quality Control Boards.

2. Contract funding for Fiscal Years 97/98 and 98/99 would not exceed $4,000,000.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT:

The State Water Resources Control Board authorize the Executive Director or his designee to negotiate, execute, and amend, as necessary, the California Community College Foundation Student Assistant Contract.

The undersigned, Administrative Assistant to the Board, does hereby certify that the foregoing is full, true and correct copy of a resolution duly and regularly adopted at a meeting of the State Water Resources Control Board held on May 14, 1997.
