the Costa-Machado Water Act of 2000. (The Board will consider, at

River in Northern Humboldt County. (The

The Board will be meeting in closed session to discuss
ongoing litigation in the case of Building Industry Association of San Diego
County et al. v. State Water Resources Control Board (San Diego County
Superior Court, No. GIC 780263).
The Board will be meeting in closed session to discuss ongoing litigation
in the case of San Francisco BayKeeper et al. v. California State Water
Resources Control Board (Sacramento County Superior Court, No. 99CS01929).
The Board will be meeting in closed session to deliberate on
a proposed order prepared after a hearing on petitions to revise the
Declaration of Fully Appropriated Streams to allow processing specified of
applications to appropriate water from the Santa Ana River stream system.
The Board will be meeting in closed session to deliberate on
testimony and evidence presented during the hearing on the joint petition of
Imperial Irrigation District and San Diego County Water Authority for approval
of a long-term transfer of conserved water (Application 7482).
The Board will be meeting in closed session to deliberate on
testimony and evidence presented during the hearing on a petition to revise the
Declaration of Fully Appropriated Streams to allow processing of applications
to appropriate water from the Lower American River.
