  As stated in the Califonia Public Records Act Guidelines (available above), persons interested in reviewing or obtaining copies of public records are encouraged to make a file review appointment in advance. An appointment can be made by email, fax, telephone, or in person.

Persons interested in inspecting or obtaining copies of public records should make a file review appointment in advance. An appointment can be made by e-mail, fax, phone or in person. Making an appointment will ensure that the file you requested is promptly available upon your arrival.

    • Site Cleanup Program (SCP) and Brownfield Program file review requests should go to our web page, which shows "SCP File Review Procedures," and lists contact information and the procedures for file review. Appointments are not mandatory, but they will help the Water Board facilitate the file review request. If you have made a file review appointment, please arrive at the Water Board office at your appointment time. Failure to make an appointment may result in a delay while the records are located and reviewed, if necessary.
