Therefore, this waterbody will be delisted, due to flaws in the original listing. There are no new data assessed.

Regional Board Decision Recommendation:	After review of the available data and information, RWQCB staff concludes that the water body-pollutant combination should be removed from the section 303(d) list because the original basis for listing was flawed.
