TMDL has been completed and approved by RWQCB and USEPA, and is expected to result in attainment of the standard. The Stockton Urban Waterways pathogen TMDL has been approved by the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board in 2008 and approved by USEPA on 13 May 2008. |
