Technical Introduction and Staff Exhibits
State Water Board staff invited a group of experts to participate in, and to provide scientific information relevant to this proceeding. The Delta Environmental Flows Group of experts, consisting of William Bennett, Jon Burau, Cliff Dahm, Chris Enright, Fred Feyrer, William Fleenor, Bruce Herbold, Wim Kimmerer, Jay Lund, Peter Moyle, and Matthew Nobriga have prepared two documents and list of references to inform this proceeding:
- Exhibit 1 - Key Points on Delta Environmental Flows for the State Water Resources Control Board, February 2010
- Exhibit 2 - Changing ecosystems: a brief ecological history of the Delta, February 2010
A subset of this group, the UC Davis Delta Solutions Group, has prepared three additional papers:
- Habitat Variability and Complexity in the Upper San Francisco Estuary
- On Developing Prescriptions for Freshwater Flows to Sustain Desirable Fishes in the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta
- Ecosystem Investments for the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta: Development of a Portfolio Framework
