The Limited Threat General Order (R5-2022-0006-03) requires a 30-day public comment period for any proposed Alum Application Plan (AAP) submitted by Dischargers seeking coverage to apply alum for phosphorus sequestration under this Order. The Lake Wildwood Association has recently submitted their proposed AAP to apply alum to Lake Wildwood, located in Penn Valley, California.
