The Lower Los Angeles River Watershed Management Group consists of the City of Signal Hill, as the coordinating agency for the Watershed Management Plan and Coordinated Integrated Monitoring Program Plan development, the cities of Downey, Lakewood, Long Beach, Lynwood, Paramount, Pico Rivera, and South Gate, Los Angeles County Flood Control District, and Caltrans.
