Standard Provisions and Reporting Requirements
Attached to National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permits and Waste Discharge Requirements (WDRs), standard provisions provide additional requirements that apply to large categories of regulated facilities. There are multiple versions of each set of standard provisions, based on the date of adoption by the Regional Board. The permit or WDRs for a facility will specifically reference the title and date of the standard provisions that apply to the particular discharge.
