Public Workshop – 21 September 2005

This workshop will provide participants with: 1) a final update of the proposed Basin Plan Amendment and public review draft staff report prior to consideration of the amendment by the Central Valley Water Board; 2) an opportunity to comment on the content of the public review draft Basin Plan Amendment staff report; 3) an opportunity to hear comments from interested parties on the proposed amendment to the Basin Plan.
CEQA Scoping Meeting - January 2005

This meeting and workshop will provide participants with: 1) an opportunity to comment on the appropriate scope and content of the "functionally equivalent" environmental document to be prepared pursuant to Section 21080.5 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); 2) an opportunity to comment on the scope of the proposed amendment to the Basin Plan; 3) an overview of the current development of the Basin Plan Amendment and staff report; 4) an opportunity to hear from interested parties on the proposed amendment to the Basin Plan.
