Arastradero Creek Restoration and Pipeline Relocation Project
The San Francisco Regional Water Quality Control Board is currently reviewing an application for the following project for water quality certification under Section 401 of the Clean Water Act. | Project Description: |
Restoration of the creek will rely on natural materials and geomorphic processes to the greatest extent possible to encourage sediment aggradation on the channel bottom and channel widening to restore stream equilibrium and reduce scouring forces, while protecting the integrity of existing stream and riparian habitat. |
