The San Francisco Regional Water Quality Control Board is currently reviewing an application for the following project for water quality certification under Section 401 of the Clean Water Act. Project Description:

The purpose of the project is to construct a mixed-use development on the project site in accordance with the 1985 City ofDublin General Plan (GP), East Dublin Specific Plan (EDSP), and Fallon Village Stage 1 Planned Development (PD). The development targets are approximately 3.3 million square feet (MSF) of GC/CO floor space and 240 Medium High Density Residential (MH) dewelling units (DU). The project is needed to promote economic development in the Tri-Valley Area, to meet the Association of Bay Area Governments’ (ABAG) housing requirements and the housing mandated by the State of California through the Regional Housing Needs Allocation (RHNA), to complete the Fallon Village Center design concept, and to preserve open space.
