The San Francisco Regional Water Quality Control Board is currently reviewing an application for the following project for water quality certification under Section 401 of the Clean Water Act. | Project Description: |
The Santa Clara Valley Habitat Agency (Habitat Agency) seeks to excavate and restore 7 ponds across Richmond Ranch Reserve (Richmond Ranch) and Calero County Park. Richmond Ranch Reserve is co-owned and managed by the Habitat Agency and the Santa Clara County Department of Parks and Recreation (County Parks). Calero County Park is owned by County Parks with a Conservation Easement held by the Habitat Agency. |
