San Pablo Dam Road Storm Drain and Slide Repair Project
The San Francisco Regional Water Quality Control Board is currently reviewing an application for the following project for water quality certification under Section 401 of the Clean Water Act. | Project Description: |
The winter storms of February and March of 2023 caused an embankment slide along San Pablo Dam Road, which included a portion of the westbound lane. The northernmost westbound lane is currently closed due to the storm damage. The project is needed to reestablish the westbound lane and prevent damage to the remaining open traffic lanes. San Pablo Dam Road is a route for commuters heading from the El Sobrante area to I-80 and provides an important connection during the daily commute. |
