The purpose of the geotechnical investigations is to inform aspects of Beneficial Reuse Project design for the construction of the Alviso Rail Spur including earthwork preparation; stability; performance monitoring; subgrade settlement; and protection of existing utilities, levees, and UPRR railroad tracks. |
