Agriculture Programs within the San Francisco Bay Region

The San Francisco Bay Regional Water Board administers water quality protection permits for grazing operations in the Tomales Bay, Napa River, and Sonoma Creek watersheds, for vineyard properties in the Napa River and Sonoma Creek watersheds, for confined animal facilities throughout the San Francisco Bay region, and for cannabis cultivation throughout the San Francisco Bay region.  For information about these programs, click on the links below.

**NEW** The San Francisco Bay Regional Water Quality Control Board is accepting public comments on the proposed Conditional Waiver of Waste Discharge Requirements for Grazing Operations in the North San Francisco Bay Region (Napa River, Sonoma Creek, Petaluma River, and Tomales Bay watersheds, and all grazing operations in Point Reyes National Seashore) (Conditional Waiver).
