Administrative Hearings Office
The Administrative Hearings Office (AHO) is an independent unit of the State Water Resources Control Board created in 2019 to conduct neutral, fair, and efficient hearings on water-right matters. Qualified and impartial AHO hearing officers conduct these hearings, and either issue final orders or submit proposed orders for consideration by the Board.
