Tule Subbasin
- 09/17/24 – The State Water Board designated the Tule Subbasin as probationary at a public hearing. Read the press release.
- 08/30/24 – The Probationary Hearing Final Staff Report is available.
Kern County Subbasin
- 07/25/24 – The Probationary Hearing Notice and Draft Staff Report are available for public comment. The deadline for comments is 12:00 noon on September 23, 2024.

Any plaintiff seeking a comprehensive groundwater adjudication should provide notice of the adjudication to the State Water Resources Control Board as required by California Code of Civil Procedure section 835, subdivision (a)(6).
