NMFS Biological Opinion For California Water Fix
CALIFORNIA WATERFIX HEARING EXHIBIT NO. SWRCB-106
On June 16, 2017 the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's (NOAA's) National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) completed a Biological Opinion and Incidental Take Statement (ITS) in accordance with section 7(b) of the Endangered Species Act of 1973 (16 U.S.C. 1531 et seq.), and implementing regulations at 50 CFR 402, for the construction and operation of dual conveyance facilities of the State Water Project (California WaterFix). The document is marked for identification in the WaterFix change petition hearing as Exhibit No. SWRCB-106. Parties in the WaterFix change petition hearing who plan to use the document in their testimony are requested to use this identification when introducing the document by reference.
