Improvements are proposed at the Kellogg stormwater detention basin to maintain and rehabilitate this essential infrastructure to ensure safe stormwater conveyance to Suisun Slough, reduce flooding in a nearly 90-acre area of Suisun City, improve community safety, and mitigate property damage. |
