Section 401 Water Quality Certification Public Notice

The San Francisco Regional Water Quality Control Board is currently reviewing an application for the following project for water quality certification under Section 401 of the Clean Water Act. Project Description:

The purpose of the project is to repair and stabilize the failed creek banks and to prevent further erosion at these sites. The Dis-trict proposes to repair and protect the channel bank by removing unconsolidated slide material and detritus, shoring the bank toe-of-slope, and re-establishing the creek bank with imported material at each slide area.
